  • Hey Justin hoping you would help me out. I'm in the process of selling my 2 Phantom 4 Pro 2's and have ordered the mavic Pro 2. I shoot with the Sont A7iii, and Crane 2 commercial and residential Real Estate. I would really like to start using goggles so I can reduce the glare issue, and dying cell phone battery. (Wasn't going to spend $600 on dedicated console) and supplement my video with some inside footage when the environment is large enough for me to do so.

There is a new group of people using FPV drones to do full home tours. I would like to provide the same service in the future, realizing I will need a different copter. At this time I want use the MAVIC2PRO with prop guards. (and yes I am insured) Appreciate your input.

  • How many times did you have to repeat that they don't work for other race drones.. god damn that was annoying.

  • Hi, do you know if the new digital fpv goggles from dji to be used with the air unit can be or will be (with a firmware update for instance) compatible with dji drones such as the Mavic air ? Thanks in advance

  • I'm really asking why there's pretty much no info about DJI LiPo batteries in their products such as the RC controlers for to the drones.

Phantom Haranguer June 17, 2020 11:31 am Reply
  • I'm still trying to find out if DJI intelligent battery tech extends to their products outside of their flight batteries.

Hey, we need to protect the management of ALL our batteries, especially the pesky potentially dangerous LiPO variety, eh?

  • Not impressed with mine… HDMI connection for watching movies from laptop sucks. Navigation sucks, too. The rubber seal on face/nose is already falling apart and I've barely tested them out.

  • Thanks for the video. Hey is there a way to use the goggles for viewing only without remapping the controls? I would like to put them on a friend sometimes to just take them for a ride but then I realize my controls have all changed and I cant zoom from the remote for one thing. Of course a friend will not know how to use the goggle controls. I just want to use them as a monitor for someone else and fly using my phone without changing my controls.

  • ⚠️ THANK YOU! Honest reviews are not readily found on YouTube as of late.
I am a relative newbie to the whole world of droning and almost every one of my purchases has been due to one of your reviews. Thanks for maintaining integrity in a world in which your mailbox will be filled with toys, both good and bad…with the expectation that they will always receive positive reviews.

I am going with the dji RE goggles as I have a Mavic 2 and a M2Zoom which use occusync2.

    👍🏻🙂

Btw: Anyone out there with a physical disability or injury should look at the aerial or cinematic drones as a way to escape pain and lack of mobility and gain better dexterity and coordination. The Mavic 2 series is ideal because if you have an issue that temporarily makes you unable to control the drone, generally you can just let go of the sticks and the drone will just hover awaiting your command..

  • Just as a matter of interest the DJI goggles can be used with ANY fpv system. It's very easy and the connecting interface costs under $10.

  • Nice review, I'm about ready to pull the trigger. Amazon is selling refurbished ones for $299, which is pretty irresistible, especially with being able to return at Kohl's is they don't work for me, and 12-month equal pay at 0% with my Amazon VISA. The planets are aligned!
